Friends and family often ask me how to get the best deals on their travel. People think that because I am in the travel industry I have some secret password or handshake that I use to acquire the “deal” or “bargains” that I find when I travel. I am going to now reveal my magical secret, the same secret that I tell those very same family and friends. I can do this with confidence and know that I am not betraying some trade secret. There are three parts to the secret and they are (are you ready??):

1.) Flexibility 2.) Research 3.) Patience

I know, I know, that is not what you were waiting for, but it is the truth. I am going to break down planning a trip including airfare, hotel accommodations, and attractions in three articles. If one part does not apply to your vacation, you have my permission to skip an article, however, you might want to read them all for future reference, save a copy to your computer’s hard drive, print and laminate a copy, and send a link to all of your friends and family because this information is going to be priceless people!

So let’s get started in this article with airfare. If I have an inkling of where I want to go in my mind (and the list is long my friends, very long) I take the approximate dates and do a little research on airfare first if I am planning to fly. Why you ask? Because my airfare will be a large portion of the expense and will be my determining factor on dates of travel. If you are like me and you have more than one destination in mind for your vacation, research all of them and see which one has better airfare.

There are many times when I’m not picky on where I go, I just want to go! Keep a running list of destinations that interest you so that when vacation planning time rolls around, you can keep your options open! If I’m thinking, this time I want a beach vacation, I may research airfare to Jamaica, Cancun, and the Florida Keys. They are all wonderful destinations and it may be cheaper for me to go to Jamaica in November than to Florida! By being flexible and keeping my options open, I can save enough money to be able to take a second vacation in a few months instead of blowing all of my money on one!

If it all possible, be flexible with your dates of travel! It amazes me how many people tell me they want to go on vacation and give me a specific set of dates that they are unwilling to defer from. I always ask, “Are your dates flexible at all?” and the response 9 times out of 10 is “no, these are the only days we can travel.” I take this as a personal challenge and now I’m on a mission to get them the best deal possible NEAR their “set” dates.

Now when I start researching their airfare I will search 3 days before and after their “set” dates and guess what? SOMETIMES it is cheaper if they leave a day earlier or later and when I say cheaper I mean saving around $500.00 for a family of four! So I call the clients and tell them the rate for their “set” dates and then tell them the savings if they move their dates a little. Funny how saving hundreds of dollars makes people become flexible with their travel dates!

Remember with airfare, rates fluctuate weekly, sometimes daily so if you find a great deal, book it! If you wait a week to think about it, the great deal may disappear while you are thinking. If airfare seems to be holding steady, and you are willing to take a gamble, you can play the “cross your fingers and wait” game. This is where you hope the airfare will go down even more than it already has.

Don’t wait too long though because the closer you get to your travel dates, the higher your airfare will be. Never wait until 14 days or less prior to travel or your airfare will skyrocket! In some cases, if you find great airfare and still want to research, you can put a hold on your airfare for 24 hours. If you can, do it. That will lock you in while you move on to your next step, hotel accommodations, which I will cover in my next article. Happy hunting!

When most people are planning a trip to Cancun, Mexico, they look for exciting nightlife and sunny beaches. However, Cancun has a lot more to offer than that. Cancun actually has a very rich history, and you can supplement your beach time with tours of some breath-taking historical sites. The following list is your guide to the top historical sites that you should consider seeing the next time you plan a trip to Cancun:

Chichen Itza

The most famous of the historic sites in the Cancun area of Mexico, Chichen Itza is a restored Mayan city, and contains a huge, spectacular temple among other attractions. This site is also home to the largest known Mayan ball court, and tours are given daily throughout the site or you can explore on your own. It is a day-long trip, as it is about 200 km from Cancun, but it is well worth the drive. You can either rent a car or take a bus. In fact, many hotels in the Cancun area offer guided bus tours to Chichen Itza. If you’re going to tour the site on your own, get there early to avoid the tour bus crowds.

Coba Ruins

Also a famous ancient Mayan city, the Coba Ruins is the oldest of the Mayan sites in this area. This area is extremely remote, and only a few of the structures were uncovered and restored, leaving almost all of the six thousand buildings still covered by jungle. Here, you can see Mayan stone roads, as well as the tallest pyramid in the vicinity of Cancun. The Coba Ruins are also a bit of a drive from Cancun, but again, many Cancun hotels run tours to this destination via free or low-cost buses.

Tulum Ruins

If you want to see some Mayan ruins without sacrificing an entire day to a tour, check out the Tulum Ruins, which are closer to Cancun. This location is unique because it is built along the coast, making the structures there almost lighthouse-like. A large wall surrounds the city, and the only way to explore inside is through one of the original tunnels. Be forewarned, however, that this historical spot is extremely popular for tourists and often quite crowded.

La Destileria

One of the most traditional activities in Mexico is the making of tequila. La Destileria isn’t exactly a historic site like the ancient ruins listed above, but at this museum and restaurant you can explore the history of this liquor. Guided tours will teach you how tequila is made, and at the end you get to try samples of the tequila that they make right there at the restaurant.

Xcaret

If you are traveling with people who are not as interested in seeing historical sites, you can consider a trip to Xcaret. This water park and activity center was once a place of Mayan ceremonies, and they have built a replica of a Mayan city to showcase the ancient culture. You will also be able to snorkel in the waterfalls, swim with the dolphins, and explore the environmental center in Xcaret. Don’t forget to stick around to watch descendants of the Mayans perform customary dances and musical shows.

Mercado Coral Negro

Before you leave Cancun, you should also make plans to stop at one of the traditional Mexican markets. Mercado Coral Negro is a great choice. Like the tequila museum, this site in and of itself isn’t a place of ancient history, but here you can see (and buy) traditional craft items like embroidered clothing, hats, and decorative pieces. You can also find traditional Mayan food at these markets. Of course, there are the run-of-the-mill “Cancun” T-shirts for tourists as well, but this shopping opportunity is great for those wanting some historically significant items to take home without spending a fortune.

If you are interested in more great historical Cancun sites, your best bet is to ask the customer service representatives at your hotel for their opinions on local sites. You can also speak with taxi cab drivers and tour guides – providing they speak English or you speak Spanish! The best way to find historical spots off the beaten path is to talk to those who live and work in Cancun all year-round.

Cancun, and all of Mexico, is full of history. It is a wonderful place to experience modern beaches, water sports, and nightlife. While that part of Cancun can be great fun, make sure that you spend a bit of time exploring Cancun’s ancient ruins and other historical activities. You won’t be sorry!

Skiers, and more broadly, vacationers, come in all shapes and sizes and have a wide array of interests and skill levels. Thus, it makes sense to visit a place like Keystone, Colorado to ensure that no one is left bored, unchallenged, or trailing behind the rest of the group. Scenic beauty, endless choices, and the chance for fun in all seasons makes Keystone an alluring destination that should not be overlooked.

Tremendous winter activities have helped to give Keystone its sterling reputation as a place for everyone to have the time of their life. Four mountains, an eight month snow season, and diversions that reach beyond the realm of skiing will virtually guarantee a trip filled with constant moving, laughing, and invigorating exertion. The slopes range from novice level Keystone Mountain to the ultra-challenging Arapahoe Basin, so start where you feel comfortable and aim to make it to the next level for a truly rewarding experience.

An unusual and somewhat addictive bit of fun entails taking advantage of Keystone’s nighttime outdoor options. Night skiing, tubing, or “sno-hawging” will get your heart pumping as you race down the slopes after the sun has set and the timid have gone to bed. Participate in a full moon snowshoe tour if you’d rather take things slow, but either way, don’t miss out on the chance to prelude your dreams with some quality time in Colorado’s largest night park.

When day breaks again, continue to enjoy yourself with more skiing, ice skating, and breathing in the crisp mountain air. Or, if you’d rather stay inside for a while, head to one of Keystone’s villages for some shopping or pampering. Spa options include massages, facials, and body treatments, and if it’s been a while since you’ve broken away from the daily grind, go ahead and treat yourself to the complete package. Kids will find amusement in some of the resorts’ organized activities and arcades, so the all-around appeal of Keystone will have made another day a success.

A not-so hidden quality about this vacation destination is that summer can be just as action-packed as winter. Hiking, balloon rides, boating, climbing, fly fishing, and mini golf are just a few of the diversions that will call out to you if you visit during the warm (but not uncomfortable) months. Take a nature stroll through the Snake River Valley or ride the chair lift for a spectacular view of the Continental Divide. Rent a canoe and paddle around Keystone Lake, or take a historic tour of an old sawmill.

Adventure lovers will be especially interested in testing their skills at the newly updated Keystone Bike Park. Ramps, drops, rock gardens, and G-Outs punctuate this playground for adrenaline junkies. Not quite sure what this entails? Ask a mountain biker, or strap on a helmet and give it a whirl. Avoid heading for the largest berm your first time out, but don’t be surprised if you catch some altitude before your time in the park is through. Returning to your regular routine after this confidence boost will make impressing your boss a piece of cake.

Award-winning restaurants, an abundance of bars and nightlife, an exemplary conference center, and typical necessities like grocery stores and a hospital complete Keystone’s crowd-pleasing image. This cluster of peaks and assortment of awe-inducing activities indeed means that there’s something for everyone at any hour of the day, so banish any thoughts of disappointment or boredom as you pack your bags for your Colorado vacation.

The only thing left to do is pick out a place to stay that will complement your trek to the mountains. Ensure peace and harmony by reserving a vacation rental that has all the amenities of home, if not more, as well as plenty of space for spreading out and kicking back after a day of exploration. Slope side condos with easy access to lifts will make life easier in the winter, and a secluded cabin in the woods provides the ideal romantic hideaway.

Whatever your plans are, be sure to venture away from the crowds without isolating yourself from all the fun. Go online to locate the Keystone Vacation Rental that will not only meet your needs, but exceed your expectations.

The Glasgow Airport is positioned within a short distance from the city centre. To reach the facility by car takes approximately 20 minutes. The airport lies north of the M8 motorway and is excellently connected to major highways serving the surrounding area. The airport has one terminal which features three piers, Central (Domestic), East (Lo-Cost & Ireland/Northern Ireland) and West (International). It is the United Kingdom’s sixt largest airport complex.
I used the airport in Glasgow probably more than hundreds of times as I fly three times per month out of the complex to London. The past five years I’ve parked my vehicle at almost all the car parking lots Glasgow airport has on offer including several off airport parking services. Because I have used the parking services so many times I guess I’m not bragging if I say that by now I’m an airport parking specialist. I always choose to park my car at one of the parking facilities before my flight takes off. At Glasgow airport you do not have to consider near which terminal you want to park as the airport operates only one comprehensive terminal.

I’ve had the chance to try all the provided services and I think that they all are quite the same. They are all sufficiently secured and professionally operated. The only difference between the firms is obviously the situation and the prices they charge for the various car parking options they offer.

Directly outside the airport terminal is the dedicated area for pick-ups and drop-offs. The Glasgow airport itself has a multi-storey car parking lot proving spaces for short-stay and fast-track parking. Before you drive your car into this modern facility you’ll have to get a voucher from the barrier and when you return from your journey the parking fee can be paid at one of the pay stations which you can find in the multi-storey park. Alternatively you can pay by credit card at the barrier close to the terminal exit of the long-term parking amenity.

Direct access to the airport terminal building is provided by the short-term parking facility which is most convenient for those who wish to park their car for two or three hours. Attractive daily parking fees are available at the fast track facility on the ground floor. However, these special prices are only for passengers who pre-booked their parking online. There is a transfer service to and from the terminal, which runs every ten minutes, departing from the long-term parking car park. This facility is the best choice for fliers who are going on a long holiday or voyage. Services are reasonably priced and for those who booked car parking beforehand online are lucrative discounted fees available.

You also have the option to make use of the services which the valet parking option offers. It is by far the most laid-back way of having your car parked. One of the company’s staff will meet you at a certain time at the airport terminal. He or she will drive your car to a well-secured compound not too far from the airport where it will be parked for you. Once you come back in Glasgow a driver will meet you at the same spot again and have your car ready for you. Obviously this service is more expensive compared with the other available options.

The best way of arranging your parking needs at Glasgow airport is by booking it in advance online. There are several excellent internet services which offer the easiest and fastest way of booking car parking. There is absolutely no reason to be afraid of arranging parking through the internet. The aggregated car parking companies which serve Glasgow Airport offer simply the finest deals across all the available options. Booking online using the below mentioned websites is guaranteed hassle-free.

Often we desire for a welcome break from the hustles and bustles of crowded city life and we decide to plan a tour. For the gay people, there remain a wide range of travel options and the trip plans are tailored in such a way that these trips provide complete refreshment. It is necessary to select the trip properly as selection of any improper trip plan can be wastage of hard earned money. Checking out the dates of the date and trip description is necessary while selecting gay travel packages. Gay travel packages are often different and more exciting. These packages include exciting events like biking and boat rides and other events.
Before a trip, it is always a good idea for the gay people to locate a gay friendly hotel. Most of the gay travel providers offer alluring hotels but cross checking often helps. There are plenty of travel agencies that offer online trip finders and these often helps to find the alluring gay travel packages. The free online newsletters also can be helpful as they provide regular updates regarding the various tours offered. It is always best to go with reputed gay and lesbian travel agencies and the reputed travel agencies are usually members of International Gay Lesbian Travel Association.
Accommodation during a travel is an important thing and it is prudent to check the type of the accommodation provided. Many of the hotels and cruises offer romantic antique-filled rooms along with spacious common areas. Enjoying with the partner by sitting beside the fire palaces and a heated swimming pool is really fun. Again while booking a cruise, it is prudent to check whether the indoor and outdoor spas are offered or not. Many of the lesbian and gay couples prefer to experience the spectacular fall colors along with super winter skiing. During the spring time it is nice to be within the lush mountains. As the trips are ideally rejuvenating, demands of these trips are growing daily.
Just before the trip, it is necessary to check up the belongings, each and every of us should have a proper passport and valid visa. In many of the ports and airports, the visas are checked and even it is not allowed to board international cruises without valid visa. The gay travel and the lesbian trip advisors have all the details and for this reason it is prudent to consult with them while shaping up an entire trip plan.
The online resources help a lot to know about the gay and lesbian travel packages. The range of the gay and lesbian packages can vary and the online budget estimators can used to have a fair insight regarding the expenses of a trip. In various websites, the listings of different destinations and accommodation details remain. Before the trip, with a few clicks of mouse it is possible to know more about the places of visit. Prior idea about the different gay bars of specific cities can be of a handy tip.

Imagine spending your days all by yourself on the most beautiful island of the Cook Islands and perhaps the most beautiful of the entire South Pacific. To reach One Foot Island, you need to fly via Air Rarotonga from Rarotonga to Aitutaki and then board your island boat for the trip to One Foot. Enjoy snorkeling, swimming and BBQ lunch before being dropped off at your island hideaway. Spend your days all alone basking in the sun, snorkeling, swimming in the crystal clear lagoon or just lazing in the hammock. There is a beach batch on the island called “One Foot Beach Hideaway” and sits on the edge of the lagoon on a beautiful white sandy beach. The batch has running water, modern shower and flush toilet. Lighting is by kerosene lamps and cooking by a gas oven top or BBQ. There is no electricity so remember to bring a flashlight and torch. You will also need to bring your own food which you can purchase on Rarotonga Island before you depart. You can also order additional supplies from the daily lagoon cruise boats. The batch features 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds, however you may prefer to sleep outdoors under the stars in one of the hammocks. The magnificent sunsets will convince you that One Foot is indeed a very special place. What a fabulous place to spend your holiday!! Full Details can be found on http://www.jetsave.co.ck

As a college student, could you ever imagine your life without the internet? How would you write and print out your papers, instantly talk to your friends at other college campuses and send emails to your parents to update them about your health? The world would be a much smaller and complicated place without internet access.

The internet links you to other people and gains you access to worldwide information within seconds, so if you’re going to join a study abroad program then you need to make sure that you have an international internet access provider to keep you up-to-date with your host country, as well as with what’s going on back at home.

Accessing the Internet at Your Host School

If you walk onto a college campus, it would be strange if you did not see students taking notes with their laptop, professors using the internet as part of their daily lesson or entire groups of students researching their latest paper on a computer in the library. The internet is just too important, and college life would be impossible without it!

What is amazing is how the use of the internet transcends across the globe to international universities. Almost every university around the world offers internet access to their students, whether it’s located in a computer lab or through a wireless service for students with laptops.

It is especially important for you as a study abroad student to have internet access while on campus if you have not brought your own personal computer. That’s because the only way for you to search the web or to contact people back at home would be while you are at your host school’s campus.

You should always check with your host school to see if they have some kind of facility set up for you to gain access to the internet. Some university study abroad programs even provide laptops to their study abroad students for the length of their stay, so you should always ask the study abroad program director about this incentive.

Staying in Touch on Your Own

You will definitely need international internet access if you’re going to study abroad for a semester, but even if you just do a summer study abroad program for a couple of weeks, you will still need the internet to help you find the hot spots in your host country, to help you translate beyond any language barriers and to communicate with anyone back in the U.S.

So if you’ve brought your own personal computer, such as a laptop, you want to make sure that it has wireless Wi-Fi capabilities so that you will have international WiFi internet access no matter where you go. That means you will be able to take your computer to cyber cafes, bookstores or other public places and access the internet without any problems.

In order to gain access wherever you go in your host country you need to have an international internet access provider, such as MaGlobe, which provides internet access around the world.

MaGlobe and other international internet access providers offer a prepaid service that you can access no matter where you travel, and the service often comes with a free email account and easy setup instructions. If you’re going to have your own personal computer with you while you study abroad, you must have an international internet access provider plan in place before you leave.

Other Modes of International Internet Access

Computers are not the only way to gain international internet access. If you decide to take your cell phone with you to your host country as a means of international calling , you might be able to use it to gain access to the internet.

Your phone needs to have GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) technology, which is a type of wireless system that transmits frequency bands to give your cell phone access to the internet in over 200 countries such as Europe, Africa and Asia.

Over 600 millions people around the world use this new global system, so if you do plan to study abroad you should make sure that it is installed in your cell phone.

You also need to make sure that your cell phone plan includes international calls. It’s much more convenient to gain international internet access through your phone rather than carrying around a big laptop computer.

PDA’s (Personal Digital Assistants) are great if you’re a college student on the go. These devices, which are small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, allow you to store personal contact information, to track appointments and to take notes, and many also connect you to the internet.

You can either connect them to your personal computer to transfer files and gain access to internet, or if they already have wireless capabilities, you can use them to gain WiFi internet access wherever there is wireless networking. You can use the prepaid internet provider MaGlobe to access the internet on your PDA.

When you join a study abroad program it’s very important to have international internet access. With the internet you’ll be able to easily access your host school’s web site if you need to find a number to contact someone, and you can even look up information about places to visit in your free time.

Most importantly, it’s the best way to connect to your friends and family back home.

Nothing ruins a vacation faster than poor weather. If you’re interested in fun in the sun, Cancun, Mexico might be the perfect destination for you. Keep in mind, however, that the weather may not always agree, so choose your destination time wisely. Cancun has its share of storms, and both the land and water temperatures change slightly throughout the year. Make sure you take the weather and climate into consideration before setting a date for your Cancun adventure.

Cancun Temperature

Similar to the United States, Cancun is colder in the winter than it is in the summer. However, since you’re so close to the equator in this city, the fluctuations aren’t as noticeable. On average, the daily temperature is about 78 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the year. In July, the temperature ranges from 78 – 90 degrees. This is generally the warmest time of year. In January, the temperature averages 67 – 81 degrees, which is usually the coldest time of year. As far as temperature is concerned, Cancun is truly pleasant no matter when you visit.

It is important to note that Cancun is a seaside city. Because of the cool breeze coming in from the ocean, the city is usually about 10 degrees cooler than cities found inland. Accordingly, should you choose to vacation at an inland city close to Cancun, you could be facing 100+ degree temperatures during the summer! Since many of Mexico’s most spectacular ancient Mayan ruins are located inland a bit, the time of year should be taken into consideration when planning your vacation.

Rain and Storms in Cancun

Cancun is a very sunny vacation destination, and its tropical location means that you’re bound to see sun almost every day of your trip no matter when you book your Cancun vacation. However, there are certain times of the year that are naturally rainier than others. This rainier time is called the wet season.

The wet season in Cancun starts around April and lasts through October. During this time of the year, Cancun has more rain and, in some cases, high winds. Cancun is also susceptible to hurricanes, so if you are visiting during hurricane season you will likely have more rain as well. Even during the wet season, though, Cancun will rarely have more than one day without at least a little sunshine! Most rainfall occurs in short bursts of tropical downpours.

Hurricane Season

As noted above, part of the wet season in Cancun is hurricane season. Hurricanes typically occur between June and October, with most that affect Cancun occurring in September and October. In 2005, Hurricane Wilma struck Cancun directly. This storm lasted for three days and came with powerful winds of over 130 miles per hour. This was an incredibly strong and memorable hurricane. If you plan to travel during hurricane season, make sure and check the hurricane predictors before you leave.
Don’t let this change your vacation plans, though, if you find that no hurricanes are predicted! Cancun is only adversely affected by a hurricane once every two to three years, and only receives a direct hit about once every 12 years. This region is prepared for dealing with hurricanes, so if one does happen to hit during your stay, you should be safe.

Water Temperature

If you plan to spend a lot of time in the ocean, you are probably also concerned about water temperature. Luckily, there’s only good news to report here – average water temperature in Cancun is about 81 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the entire year! That’s the same – or even a few degrees higher – than most people keep their swimming pools. The water temperature does vary slightly, but even during winter months it is still around 70-75 degrees. During the summer months, it jumps up to 85 degrees or even warmer, and can feel like you’re swimming in a giant bathtub.

Obviously, this makes Cancun a wonderful place for water sports. While in Cancun, you can check out surfing, snorkeling, diving, water skiing, and a number of other water activities in addition to simply swimming in the ocean. There are even some parks that offer swimming with dolphins, which for many people is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Checking the Weather for your Cancun Vacation

In all likelihood, your Cancun vacation will be beautiful no matter when you decide to travel. Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula has warm, sunny weather the majority of the time. Rarely will you be stuck indoors due to rain or unbearably hot temperatures. Before you leave on your vacation, take a moment to check out the weather online. You can see the current Cancun temperatures, as well as rain predictions for the next few weeks simply by browsing the Internet. Take a few minutes to check the weather in Cancun and you’ll able to pack accordingly and enjoy your stay.

Dubai, the most populated city of the United Arab Emirates has awed the world with marvelous constructions, an exploding economy, Guinness records, and its ever growing desire of magnificence. But what now? With so many projects already in process, what else can Dubai offer to people seeking to reside within its breathtaking environment? The answer is simple, Dubai plans on developing its infrastructure more, plans on enhancing the experience of those residing within and those who might be visiting its territory. Besides, it looks forward to settling itself further as one of the focal points for the world’s economy.

Whether you were looking forward to private accommodation, or you just had a desire of visiting and staying in one of those many world class hotels of Dubai; this was the right time to start working out with your plans. The ongoing economic boom has resulted in sharp spurt of real estate prices, and thus given a foothold to many construction giants from all over the world. This has ensured Dubai did have world class hotels, apartments and other infrastructure of advanced nature. There is no other region in the entire Gulf or anywhere around that might be witnessing the kind of construction boom Dubai has been able to see during these last several years.

Some of the key infrastructural developments taking place within Dubai are Palm Islands, The World, Dubai Marina, Dubai Waterfront, Dubai Land and The Burj Dubai Complex. These have been devised not only to take care of the accommodation demands, residential and commercial both, but are also aimed at growing as a very advanced infrastructure. With the construction firms of the stature of WS Atkins, taking part in many of these multi-billion dollar activities, the immediate future of Dubai’s urban growth looks to be quite pleasant right now. There are enough signs from within the government on its part, that the growth will continue to have the kind of support they have been providing with through all these years.

Some key urban plans aimed at projecting Dubai as a world class destination include The Dubai Metro, The Dubai Mall and Business Bay. We are going to take a quick look and try to know what each of these means for Dubai’s future growth:

(1) The Dubai Metro, a $3.9 billion mega project will be one of its own kind on this planet when fully functional by the year 2012. It has been planned not only to ease out the daily traffic congestion, but also aimed at raising the city’s tourism prospects. All major sections of Dubai will come within its periphery, once the metro begins functioning in the next few years.

(2) The Dubai Mall, already scheduled to be completed before the end of 2006, will be the world’s largest shopping mall yet. The Dubai Mall will cover more than 12 million square feet and has already acquired 5 construction awards: Best Use of Lightning, Best Retail Development Scheme, Best Brochure, Best Art and Graphic Design and the Judges Special Recognition award.

(3) Business Bay, the main business area currently under construction for the city, will be the home of several skyscrapers, commercial spots, and intense economic activities. Besides, some Dubai hotels will also be given a foothold within these property blocks.

While undertaking such major developments, the city of Dubai will have to overcome many challenges lying ahead on the path of modernization. One of the major concerns is the quality of accommodation available for some of the lowly paid workers from South East Asian countries. The planners of Dubai will have to make sure they are not overlooked while the rest of Dubai enjoys unbound luxury. But, that is what all major cities of the world have had to go through until gaining invisibility. Dubai has already advanced well into that territory. There is no moving back now as we see some exciting developments of the future unfolding with each passing day.
