Your upcoming vacation is like any other; hard-earned and overdue. That’s why you know these precious few days need to be special, extraordinary in fact. You’ve decided to head for the hills, the Blue Ridge Mountains to be exact, so do what it takes in the present to ensure that the future holds plenty to be thankful for.

Hiawassee is a great place to settle down for a spell, as it is surrounded by mountains, hills, meadows, waterfalls, and plenty of fresh air. You’ve probably almost forgotten what all that is like, so don’t be surprised if you suffer from a little bit of culture shock upon your arrival. Don’t worry, nature appreciation is probably a better term for it, and it won’t hurt a bit.

On the subject of settling, you might consider reserving a vacation rental for this trip. Especially if you’re looking forward to peace and solitude, and perhaps stirring up a little romance with your honey, you’ll love a place that is more than just a bland, cut-from-a-pattern, box-like room. Push your imagination to the limit and picture what it is you really want.

Might it be a rustic-looking cabin tucked away behind a grove of quaking trees? Perhaps it has hard-wood floors, a fireplace for the cool nights, and cabinets filled with extra blankets, towels, and even books and games for your convenience. The master bedroom is spacious and light, and don’t worry, the closet in this room is perfectly empty and waiting for you to fill it with your clothes. No wrinkled garments during this trip.

Not that you’ll really care about the appearance of your clothes as you put your feet up on the back deck as you watch the sun go down. Enjoy a cocktail or snack from your modern kitchen and congratulate yourself for choosing to stray from the beaten path. Your significant other will probably be willing to pat you on the back as well, so go ahead and bask in the praise you’ll certainly be receiving.

You’ll sleep well in your king-sized bed, and the gentle hum of the outdoors will further calm your senses. Crickets and breezes will replace honking horns and alarm clocks, and the usual bags beneath your eyes will be making no appearances during this trip, thank goodness. Dream about sparkling lakes and wildflowers, because that’s probably what you filled your day with. In case you haven’t noticed, you’ll be pretty relaxed in you Hiawassee vacation home.

Every day you’ll wake with the choice to do what you want. Hang out with your cup of coffee for a while, or hit the trail as soon as day breaks. Go for a swim in Lake Chatuge, grab your binoculars and look for wildlife, or sign up for a whitewater rafting session that will boost your mood like nothing else. It’s all here at your fingertips, so close your eyes and visualize what it is that will make you happy.

If whatever that happens to be results in tired-in-a-good-way muscles, then don’t forget that your very own Jacuzzi tub awaits you back at the cabin. If an hour on the lake has you wishing you could reapply your sunscreen, simply walk back to your place and get it. No car rides or crowded hotels here; as the days go on you’ll realize just how integral a role your lodgings are playing in the overall comfort level of this trip.

From waterfront to mountainside, cottage to condo, the choices are varied and consistently pleasing when it comes to vacation homes in Hiawassee. For some overworked individuals, as long as you’re cozy and comfortable it won’t even matter where you actually are, but it doesn’t hurt that the outdoor offerings of this region are tempting and top-notch as well. Not to mention the town is quaint and pleasant in its own way, with lots of unique shops, nourishing restaurants, and Appalachian festivals that’ll acquaint you with authentic bluegrass and Blue Ridge merrymaking.

All in all, you’re well on your way to recharging your batteries by starting to make plans for your Hiawassee holiday. Go online to book the Hiawassee Vacation Rental that calls your name, and prepare to savor life rather than hurry through it.

As a college student, could you ever imagine your life without the internet? How would you write and print out your papers, instantly talk to your friends at other college campuses and send emails to your parents to update them about your health? The world would be a much smaller and complicated place without internet access.

The internet links you to other people and gains you access to worldwide information within seconds, so if you’re going to join a study abroad program then you need to make sure that you have an international internet access provider to keep you up-to-date with your host country, as well as with what’s going on back at home.

Accessing the Internet at Your Host School

If you walk onto a college campus, it would be strange if you did not see students taking notes with their laptop, professors using the internet as part of their daily lesson or entire groups of students researching their latest paper on a computer in the library. The internet is just too important, and college life would be impossible without it!

What is amazing is how the use of the internet transcends across the globe to international universities. Almost every university around the world offers internet access to their students, whether it’s located in a computer lab or through a wireless service for students with laptops.

It is especially important for you as a study abroad student to have internet access while on campus if you have not brought your own personal computer. That’s because the only way for you to search the web or to contact people back at home would be while you are at your host school’s campus.

You should always check with your host school to see if they have some kind of facility set up for you to gain access to the internet. Some university study abroad programs even provide laptops to their study abroad students for the length of their stay, so you should always ask the study abroad program director about this incentive.

Staying in Touch on Your Own

You will definitely need international internet access if you’re going to study abroad for a semester, but even if you just do a summer study abroad program for a couple of weeks, you will still need the internet to help you find the hot spots in your host country, to help you translate beyond any language barriers and to communicate with anyone back in the U.S.

So if you’ve brought your own personal computer, such as a laptop, you want to make sure that it has wireless Wi-Fi capabilities so that you will have international WiFi internet access no matter where you go. That means you will be able to take your computer to cyber cafes, bookstores or other public places and access the internet without any problems.

In order to gain access wherever you go in your host country you need to have an international internet access provider, such as MaGlobe, which provides internet access around the world.

MaGlobe and other international internet access providers offer a prepaid service that you can access no matter where you travel, and the service often comes with a free email account and easy setup instructions. If you’re going to have your own personal computer with you while you study abroad, you must have an international internet access provider plan in place before you leave.

Other Modes of International Internet Access

Computers are not the only way to gain international internet access. If you decide to take your cell phone with you to your host country as a means of international calling , you might be able to use it to gain access to the internet.

Your phone needs to have GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) technology, which is a type of wireless system that transmits frequency bands to give your cell phone access to the internet in over 200 countries such as Europe, Africa and Asia.

Over 600 millions people around the world use this new global system, so if you do plan to study abroad you should make sure that it is installed in your cell phone.

You also need to make sure that your cell phone plan includes international calls. It’s much more convenient to gain international internet access through your phone rather than carrying around a big laptop computer.

PDA’s (Personal Digital Assistants) are great if you’re a college student on the go. These devices, which are small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, allow you to store personal contact information, to track appointments and to take notes, and many also connect you to the internet.

You can either connect them to your personal computer to transfer files and gain access to internet, or if they already have wireless capabilities, you can use them to gain WiFi internet access wherever there is wireless networking. You can use the prepaid internet provider MaGlobe to access the internet on your PDA.

When you join a study abroad program it’s very important to have international internet access. With the internet you’ll be able to easily access your host school’s web site if you need to find a number to contact someone, and you can even look up information about places to visit in your free time.

Most importantly, it’s the best way to connect to your friends and family back home.

One of the Caribbean’s premier vacation destinations – Cancun, Mexico – is a city full of pristine beaches, waterfront resorts, and vivid nightlife. It is also a city rich with history. With its roots in ancient Mayan civilization, your vacation to Cancun is much more than just “fun in the sun”. Certainly, a big part of it is about catching some waves and enjoying the dance clubs, but you can also enjoy the rich history of this area and learn about the Mayan civilizations that existed there long ago.

Mexico was once home to two great Native American empires. In Central Mexico, you’ll find remnants of an extensive Aztec civilization. Along the borders of Guatemala and Belize, and covering the southern Mexico Yucatan Peninsula (where Cancun is located), you’ll find an area once occupied by the Mayans. Most scholars believe that both groups stemmed from the same people that once crossed the Bering Strait thousands of years ago. The earliest evidence of civilization in Mexico appears to be from 5000-1500 BC.

Mayan history can loosely be characterized into three time periods: Pre-Classic, Classic, and Post-Classic. During the Pre-Classic time period, there were only sparse Mayan settlements in the area that is known today as Cancun. The same is true of the Classic time period. It wasn’t until the Post-Classic period that the Mayans migrated more to the northern Yucatan Peninsula, after a collapse of Mayan power in the 8th century. The reason for this turn of the civilization is still not highly understood by scholars, although some scholars believe that over-hunting, disease, nutrient exhaustion in the soil, and climate changes led to its demise.

During the Post-Classic time period, there was no central government and a number of wars were waged between different Mayan groups. By the time the Spanish arrived, the Mayans were just a shadow of the civilization they had once been.

This area of Mexico was first discovered in the early 1500s by accident, when a group of sailors washed ashore after a shipwreck. War and disease ravaged the Mayans, and by the mid 1800s, their numbers had dwindled to less than 10,000. Those living in Cancun were most susceptible, and today, most descendants come from Mayan cities located more deeply in the jungle. Much of what we would have known about Mayan culture was lost, as the conquerors from Spain killed all Mayan religious leaders and burned all the books they found. The Mayans attempted to overthrow the European settlers, and a number of their battles were a success. In the end, however, those from Europe were eventually victorious.

Despite their trials and tribulations, the Mayan civilization in what is now known as Cancun, along with the rest of the peninsula, is rich in spectacular culture and art, architecture, writing, astronomy, religion, and urban design. People the world over are still studying Mayan civilization in fascination.

When you’re in Cancun, you may want to visit some of the ancient temples that are still standing. These locations just south of the city house amazing works of art, and tours through the temples can be a highlight of your Mexican vacation. These deteriorating national treasures were once surrounded by Mayan cities built with elaborate palaces, observatories for understanding astronomy, ball courts that acted as small sports stadiums and ceremonial platforms that were places of sacrifices.

Some of the most famous Mayan locations on the Yucatan Peninsula are the following places:

Uxmal

Tikal (in Guatemala)

Chichen Itza

Tulum

Altun Ha (in Belize)

The closest site to Cancun is Chichen Itza, which also hosts the best-restored Mayan temple. This site also has historical significance to the Toltec people, a group of ancient people who moved into the area after a 9th century invasion. The Mayans then re-settled in the area around the year 1000, after it was abandoned in the 10th century. Therefore, the temple at Chichen Itza has been influenced by both groups of people.

Today, there are still many Mayan descendants living in and around Cancun. In fact, those of Mayan descent run many of the tour companies and hotels in the area. Some of these people still speak the ancient language of Maya, and many still make traditional Mayan crafts and food. There is no shortage of Mayan cultural influences in Cancun, and on your next vacation, you should consider exploration of some of the beautiful Mayan sites still around today.

The kids have been begging to go on a ski vacation, but the thought of trekking all the way to the western United States makes you tired just thinking about it. You’d like to keep things simple, relaxed, yet exciting enough to impress the increasingly desensitized youngsters, so you’ve decided to head to Camelback Ski Resort in the Pocono Mountains.

You’ve heard about the meticulously cared for slopes of Camelback Mountain; the lighting, the snowmaking, and the snowboarding pipes all sound like they add up to a great overall experience. Thirty-three trails, 156 skiable acres, and an 800 foot vertical drop will make for the perfect size and level of difficulty for your family and their range in ages, so you feel pretty confident in your choice to visit the Tannersville area.

Unfortunately, you have yet to make reservations for a place to stay. You know you should do it soon, but you always feel so anxious when it comes to locating a place with the perfect location, all the right amenities, and the right price, of course. You fear disappointment, so usually end up putting this part of the planning off for a while.

This really doesn’t have to be difficult. You know what you want, so why settle for less? Location is obviously important, especially when you know you’ll spend much of your time going up and down the mountain. And, while you’d like to be close to everything, you’d also like to have some degree of privacy as well. You’ve had the awful experience of hearing strangers’ voices drift through the walls and of circling the parking lot as you look for a free space, and would prefer to avoid those pitfalls this time around.

If you really want to solve your problems, simply check into renting a vacation home in the Tannersville region. There are plenty to choose from, and each is a little different in its own charming way. From condos to cottages, you’ll find what you’re looking for among the smattering of rental homes available for your perusal.

Perhaps you love the feeling of being immersed in a bubbly hot tub while feeling the crisp air on your cheeks. You’ll be happy to come across a particular property equipped with an outdoor spa and in view of the lovely lake. This same property also has a roomy family room, a wine cellar, and plenty of games, books, and DVDs. The spacious kitchen will entice the chef of the house to prepare a few laid-back meals, and the card table will entertain the poker-players long into the night.

Don’t worry about overstuffing your suitcases, as there is plenty of closet space for everyone’s winter clothes. Or, if you tend towards packing too lightly, you’ll be happy to know that there is a washer and dryer on the premises that will keep the few clothes you brought with you nice and clean.

Your previous apprehensions about falling prey to ordinary lodgings will fade away with the last glowing embers in the fireplace, and you’ll wonder how you ever had the energy to worry about silly things in the past. Furthermore, your exceptional accommodations will keep your engine consistently revved throughout your vacation, as you’ll enjoy the best sleep you’ve had in years.

Wake up early and head out for some cross-country skiing, or savor the sunrise over a cup of coffee before exploring the nearby shopping options.

It’s that time of year when the call of the beach is just too strong to ignore. You know you’re going to end up heading south pretty soon, but for this vacation you want to incorporate something more into your ocean-themed holiday. A little nature would do you some good, and a historical setting never hurt anyone. Therefore, it seems that Amelia Island would be a good place to get all your getaway goals accomplished.

Amelia Island is the kind of destination that is layered in terms of its ability to please everyone in your traveling party. There’s likely to be some overlap in the things everyone wants to do, as well, considering that the beach, playing tennis, hiking, and shopping are pretty crowd-friendly. Basically, don’t worry about anyone complaining of boredom during this trip to the Sunshine State.

Another reason you won’t be suffering through any downtime is that you’re entertaining the notion of renting a vacation home. You’ve heard rumors that many beach bungalows and resort condos are stocked with games, movies, books, and are conveniently located to all the most popular sights. A little investigation will prove this rumor to be true, so to ensure that not a moment of your precious vacation is wasted, follow your instincts and reserve a unique property that will please the whole family.

Considering that you and your traveling companions are looking forward to squeezing every drop of entertainment out of the beach as possible, you’re aiming to reserve a place that’s right on the water. About 100 feet from the shore, you’ll find a cozy spot with central air, a spacious kitchen, a screened in porch perfect for dining, and all the luscious views you can imagine. Being able to take a dip before breakfast without having to set foot in a car will prove to be a priceless novelty, so warn the kids now so they won’t faint with excitement later.

Being where you are also spells nearness to fishing, biking trails, bird watching opportunities, and tons of shops and restaurants. A collection of clay tennis courts is a short drive away, as is a world-class golf course, so you won’t have to worry about packing on the pounds this trip thanks to all outstanding and painless ways you’ll be burning off those seafood dinners and tropical drinks.

Historic, Victorian-styled downtown, with its blocks of charming streets and fascinating background as a seaport and fishing village will also catch your eye, and will also be pretty darn close to your beach house. Spending a day or an evening shopping and sightseeing won’t have to mean hours in the minivan, so take your time and throw the itinerary out the window. This vacation will be delightfully spontaneous due to your unassumingly convenient home away from home.

Things that have bogged you down on previous vacations, like noisy hotel neighbors, no space to unpack your clothes, and a little too much family togetherness, will be things of the past this time around. The vacation property that you end up choosing, if you go for what you really want, will be roomy and open, with closets and bed space to spare. Never feeling claustrophobic will do wonders for everyone’s mood, so venture forth towards all the sights of Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach without ever feeling dread about coming back.

So for those days when you’re biking through Fort Clinch State Park or canoeing through the marshy waters on the lookout for bald eagles, you won’t be worrying about your job, your car payment, or your inadequate hotel room. Savor the landscape with true appreciation, and congratulate yourself for investigating all the alternatives when it was time to pick out a place for you and your family to lay your heads at night.

Educating yourself is always a good idea, so go online to check out all the different Amelia Island Vacation Rental possibilities. You might just end up planning one of your best trips ever.

From the peaks of the Andes to the steamy rainforest, hiking South America is unlike anything you have done before. If you are going to South America, there are a couple of things to keep in mind.

Backpackers and South America

While many young adults may dream about trekking across Europe, it’s not the only continent available for this sort of adventure. North America can be just as rewarding, but if you’re looking for a truly diverse and unique experience, South America is the way to go. With climates and terrain ranging from rainforests to mountains, and coastal beaches to the Amazon River – exploring while hoofing it around South America is a great way to get to know a continent.

One of the first things you’ll have to decide on is how you’re going to pack for this adventure. There are many recommendations that can be made for what to bring, but there are some basics that should always be included. Make sure to choose a pack that is large and sturdy enough to carry all of your needs. You’ll need to pack clothing that can be easily washed and reworn – some examples are jeans, shorts, different styles of shirts, a jacket, a few pairs of shoes and plenty of under things. You’ll also need to bring with you any toiletries or medicine that might not easily be found while in remote areas – things like water purification pills, antidiarrheals, and first aid preparations are all important. You’ll also want to pack any maps or guidebooks you plan to use and a Spanish-English dictionary or phrasebook can be helpful if you don’t speak Spanish.

Another good idea is deciding when to hike where. The South American climate is diverse and much different than where you live. For countries like Argentina, where it’s subtropical in the north and subarctic in the south, it’s especially necessary to note when it’s a good time to visit (recommended times are between June and October). Chile, on the other hand, has better weather from October to May, so it’s really important to choose the right time of year for the part of South America you want to hike.

South America is challenge, and few people can and will be able to hike all over an entire continent. If you pick and choose countries you really want to see, and terrain that you are going to have the stamina for, trekking in the tropical climate of South America can be a terrific, life changing experience. If you are looking more for a party trip, you need only focus on the country of Brazil.

Fishing in Alaska is a dream come true for many an angler. The air and environment is clear and beautiful. The water is sparkling and what lies in that water is what has hundreds of people flocking to the state for the best fishing of their life. It is not unheard of to land a 35 pound King Salmon here and you will be amazed at the fish that are teaming in the waters.

In fact, you can catch that king salmon at up to weights of 50 pounds! You’ll also find huge fish including halibut, northern pike, Graylings, shiner perch, sturgeon, herring, and many, many more. Cod, walleye, flounder, crabs and shrimp are just teaming for you.

As for where to find them, you will need to check out the southeast region of Alaska. There are many locations to fish here and you can target just the fish species you are after. This is a warmer winter area of Alaska as well. But, still summers are cool and excellent for getting halibut on the move. Salmon migrate here to spawn and you’ll find a wide range of trout here too. Head to the locations between Bristol Bay and Cooper River where you’ll find many fish. You can also fish the coastal waters for halibut and ocean fish.

Make sure to check out Lower Cook Inlet. This is a popular location where you will be able to find Dolly Varden, a type of salmon. You’ll also find trout too in this area. You can dig for clams or fish for halibut and salmon off the coast. Another excellent location is in the Western and arctic regions. You’ll catch your fill of trout, pike, graylings, char and burbot here.

What To Take With You

Of course you will need your rods, freshwater and saltwater depending on where you head. Make sure to take twice as much tackle than you think you’ll need. Flies, weights, lures, a net, fishing line of several types, as well as pliers, waders, maps, and a compass are also necessary. Make sure to stock your first aid kit and include enough water in case you can leave the fish! For clothing, don’t forget you are in Alaska and you do need warm clothing, a fishing vest, sunglasses, hiking books, bug repellent and sunscreen. Check on getting the right fishing licenses too. Don’t forget your camera because these are truly some amazing locations not to mention the size of fish you’ll catch!

For bait, take a wide range of live bait. This could be prawns, night crawlers, crayfish, and razor fish. Look for frozen baits too. In artificial, take with you a wide range including lures, flies, streamers, spoons and spinners. Go for natural bit from the area if you can. You’ll find plenty of locations to purchase it in the area and of course you can find your own if you like. Don’t over bait though.

When heading off to fish in Alaska, it’s often wise to take with you a professional or to book a tour. These individuals can help you find the hidden locations where your fish are lurking. And, they can make sure that you see some of the best fish out there. Take the time to check out a few locations online and insure the organization’s quality. Then, head to the beautiful Alaskan country to get in some of the best fishing of your life.

Got your attention? Well I just made it up, like many of the newspaper editors hawking their doom and gloom propaganda.
Headlines get readers and sell newspapers. If you don’t believe me consider if you’d have read this article if my headline had been “nothing to worry about for sensible people”.
The headline isn’t always the full story.
All you read in the press at the moment is that housing prices are falling, mortgage rates are going up, developers are going out of business, houses are being demolished, the doom has no end.
Should you wait to buy in Spain? Well it really depends upon why you’re buying in the first place.
Take my mother-in-law (please!) she thinks she wants to live in Murcia and she wants to do it this year. She won’t be waiting for the house prices to “bottom out” or the market to slump. She’ll find what she likes, at a budget she can afford and live where she wants to live. She’s not looking for an investment for her money, she’s looking for an investment for her life.
Debbie’s 5 Tips for Spanish Property Buyers
1. Do Your Homework
Ignore the sensational headlines and TV scare stories designed to boost ratings. Most of these only show half of the picture anyway. Take responsibility for finding out the facts firsthand and you’ll be surprised to see plenty of good investments and solid long term buys at good prices. The best thing you can do is arrange your own viewing trip. But first be sure to consult balanced guidebooks, fact-based reports and websites to hone in on your desired area.
2. Take Your Time
There is a lot of property out there at the moment and in the short term growth isn’t going to be as rapid as we’ve seen over the last decade. That means you can afford to take your time and brush off any pressure agents or vendors may try to put you under.
3. Always Offer Less
Some of the larger resorts and urbanisations have a serious oversupply of property in relation to the number of buyers right now. This means you are in a strong buying position and you should expect them to lower their prices. That said it’s probably safer to avoid some new-build projects altogether – which takes me back to tip 1 – do your homework!
4. Buy Where Property Will Remain Scarce
Traditional townhouses in historic old towns and fincas near pretty villages will always be in limited supply. So seriously consider these as viable, more affordable and unique investments to the traditional identikit villa on a golf course with a pool.
5. Decide Why You’re Buying
If you want fast capital gains as have been seen in the recent past then Spain isn’t really the best bet right now as there are better deals to be had in less mature emerging markets such as Poland, Romania and Bulgaria. However, if you want to buy to live or as a long term/retirement investment then buying in a stable, mature country with predictable long term growth, lovely people and a solid infrastructure is a good idea.
The difference between lifestyle buyers and property investors may be huge. Remember this when you next see the headlines, are they talking to you or the guy who was driving a Hummer last year and this year he’s downgraded to just a Land Rover?
The market might be getting tougher for the property investor, but it could also be getting sweeter for sensible people like me and you!

Since the 18th century England has been the cultural center of Europe. What they thought was lacking in their cultural heritage, the British imported through study travels abroad, the grand tour, or just by importing important artifacts. The London museums thus gathered an enormous wealth of artifacts both from their own history as of the shared history of the entire western civilization, plus a load of oriental treasures form their colonies.

Next to its museums, London has quite a collection of buildings that played an important role in the history of architecture. Not just classical buildings like the St Pauls cathedral or the Bank of England, but also the Neogothic House of Parliament and the High-Tech Lloyds building, but numerous other public and private buildings, houses and palaces have influenced architects around the world. There’s no other country were architectural style is a matter of Royal concern.

Two types of tourists visit London — the first, the obvious tourist who comes to see the Buckingham Palace, Madame Tussauds, the Tower of London, London Bridge, the Museum, Hyde Park and other tourist attractions.

There are people who visits the City year after year; the one who has already seen the usual tourist attractions, and will not see them again; the one who does not have business to transact, yet the one London beckons to unfailingly. His attractions are the theatres, book shops, cinema-plexes and shopping centers. As per English “standards of culture”, a visit to the theatre is “a sign of good breeding” not to mention impeccable taste. After the event, the applause is appropriate without being boisterous and the smiles in moderation.

The musicals and the bookshops certainly top the list of the second type of tourist. Imagine having to make a choice from 40 musicals And of course, continuing unabated are the evergreen hits “Phantom of the Opera”, “The Mousetrap”, “Les Miserables” “Miss Saigon”, Watching it is fast paced enchantment, with a change in setting every few minutes.

As for bookshops, those lined on either side of Charing Cross road are an absolute “treat” for the book lover. Topping the list is the Foyles, a huge book shop across three storeys and one that calls itself the biggest one in the world, or Waterstones with its multiple branches in London. Borders are another treat opposite Foyles. Watkins is one which specializes in philosophy, mysticism and the occult and has books on these subjects from around the world. And then of course there are the other ones that specialize in women’s writing, second hand books, out-of-print books, military history and so on.

Numerous cinema houses dot the Tottenham Court Road area, and one can be rubbing shoulders with celebrities at any given moment. Oxford Circus will satisfy the avid shopper. Malls like Selfridges, Marks and Spencers and Dobenhams will stun any person with their array of goods. In another direction at “Kinghtsbridge” is the most sophisticated mall in London Harrods where royalty once did its shopping. Spread across five-storeys, it’s perhaps the last word in quality, style and taste.

London is host to diversity and is a melting pot of culture. The avid London lover will say: “If it is a holiday, it must be in London”.
